Tehran Davis

Hi, I'm Tehran Davis

I'm a cognitive and data scientist that specializes on understanding human performance, social coordination and decision-making. Through the use of innovative technologies, including virtual reality, motion capture, and eye tracking, I capture intricate, multi-modal data, shining a light on the subtle yet complex nature of human actions and decisions across varied contexts—from probing interactions within the metaverse to decoding the rapid dynamics of a soccer match.

I approach these challenges by combining traditional qunatitative analysis with tools from nonlinear dynamics and complexity science. My analytical toolkit includes machine learning, recurrence quantification methods, entropy analyses, and multi-scale analyses techniques. This enables me to navigate, assess, and quantify the intricate dynamics and complexities hidden within human behavior with the aim of providing clearer insights into our actions and choices.
